Cryo Stage Workstation
The rapid freezing sample preparation technology fixes the sample in the glassy ice layer to avoid the destruction of the sample structure by water or solvent crystallization, and can maintain the microstructure of organic molecular self-assembly and chemical reaction intermediates in the liquid phase to avoid the structural changes caused by sample drying. The tank is filled with liquid nitrogen, and the front end of the sample rod is first inserted into the cold support station to cool the sample rod tip components. The innovative structural design makes the sample loading and transfer operation very convenient. After the sample is loaded, the integrated temperature cover at the front of the sample rod can be closed to prevent atmospheric water condensation during the sample transfer to the TEM.

Cleaning Instrument for Sample Holders
Fluid rod cleaning instrument is a flow pipe cleaning equipment with automatic cleaning system, which is mainly composed of cleaning system, rehydration system, lifting platform, fluid rod card slot, display screen and other parts. The cleaning instrument can clean the flow channel tube in the fluid sample rod through two procedures of liquid flushing and gas drying, so as to avoid the contamination of liquid samples and affect the experimental results, and ensure the normal conduct of scientific experiments. The touch screen is simple and easy to operate, while the automatic program setting makes the cleaning of the fluid pipe more efficient and convenient.

Thermal Controller
The temperature controller customized for the electron microscope customer is adapted to the in-situ micro-zone heating chip of our company, and the micro-zone of the in-situ heating chip is heated and controlled by electric heating. The heating chip and the high-frequency feedback temperature controller are transmitted through the electrical connection unit for high-frequency temperature signals. The high precision and high frequency output, reception, feedback and adjustment of temperature signal are realized through the high precision temperature control program, so as to carry out the process of program heating and cooling.

Water vapor can be pumped into the cabin to achieve saturated vapor pressure when the chip is injected liquid (aqueous solution), and inert gases such as nitrogen and argon can be combined with the cabin to improve the success rate of chip injection and improve the experimental efficiency. The size of the chip environment sample bin can be customized by customers.
High Vacuum Leak Checking Station
The high-resolution digital microscopy system combined with the high vacuum pre-pumping system provides extremely high direct pressure resolution and leak detection sensitivity. Perfect simulation of the electron microscope environment, high detection sensitivity, can quickly check the sample rod and MEMS chip tightness, to ensure the safety of the electron microscope; It can also store the sample rod and keep it in a high vacuum state for a long time to reduce the pre-drawing time of the sample.
