Super New Core Launches High Vacuum Leak Detector 2.0

01 Product Introduction

The high vacuum leak detector is an essential supporting device for the in-situ system of the transmission electron microscope. Every in-situ experiment must undergo leak testing with the high vacuum leak detector to ensure the sealing status of the in-situ sample rod and in-situ chip, preventing damage to the electron microscope. Therefore, the reliability of the high vacuum leak detector and the time consumed for each leak test are important factors affecting customer experience. Super New Core Technology adheres to a customer-first philosophy and continuously iterates and upgrades the product. We hope customers can not only use the in-situ system well but also hope the in-situ system becomes increasingly user-friendly.

02 Design Optimization After continuous design optimization, the Super New Core high vacuum leak detector has welcomed version 2.0, with improvements in leak detection time and ultimate vacuum performance.

 

Reduced leak detection time: reaching 4.6×10 -6 hPa , time reduced 30% ; reaching 1.0×10 -6 hPa , time reduced 50%

Ultimate vacuum improvement: continuous operation 20h , vacuum value ~10 -8 hPa , vacuum value improved by one order of magnitude within the same test time.
